Do I have to book a consultation first?

Yes, this way we can start planning the pack of your pick. Every project is different and meaningful. In addition, it helps to see if the chemistry works out and if we share a similar mindset for the project. If there is a specific time limit or requests it would be helpful to communicate early on. It is usually a good way to clarify what you wish from the producer and what is the optimal end goal.

How do we arrange the payment for a specific tune?

After the consultation meeting, I will ensure that we have clarified the project specifications, work phases, and schedule and gone through the terms of a simple contract that protects both parties.

• I will then send either an electronic or paper booking fee of 50% of the total fee including VAT for the agreed period to start working on the project.
• The remaining 50% will be invoiced at the handover stage when you receive the work.
• The contract also protects you should you stop at any project stage.
• However, if you decide to stop in the middle of an agreed project, you will not have to pay the remaining half of the invoice and all rights to the work will be retained by copyright law.
• The reservation fee will only be refunded if the project has not been started and the interruption occurs before the start date of the agreed project.
• The project’s duration and delivery date of the work are predetermined at the consultation meeting.

The contract also guarantees

• 100% ownership of the work and the right of use, subject to limitations on the right to modify the copy and the resale of the instrumental.

Can I only book a consultation and decide later if i want to commit

Yes, definitely. That is a reasonable way to proceed. I want every customer to feel as important and in contact with a light threshold.

What should I know before the consultation meeting?

It is preferably a good idea to list down your budget. how much are you willing to spend?

timeline, when to start and when should the song be finished at the latest.

Reference track from YouTube to match with the idea and atmosphere.

Understand that I will not make an exact copy of anything. However, I will be using the reference bpm and key. Also, use similar sounds to match the vibe.

How long does it take to make a customized song?

Depending on your budget which will relate to the number of hours to spend on the project. Usually, it takes a week or two. I usually wish that we communicate middle of making and I can do a demo so we are on the same page where the song is going. Also, feedback is welcome.
